Prepare yourself for a once in a lifetime experience at the Nebraska Leadership Seminar. Throughout the four-day seminar, you will grow as a leader through interactive activities and personal interaction with other leaders from across Nebraska.

We'll help you discover your individual strengths through The Gallup Organization's Clifton StrengthsFinder Assessment. At NLS you'll be given the opportunity to develop these strengths into much stronger abilities and apply them in real life situations and simulations. During team building activities, you'll use your strengths and incorporate the strengths of your team members to accomplish goals.

But the weekend isn't all leadership activities and team building exercises. You'll have plenty of time to get to know people from all across the state, from Benkelman to Omaha, from Chadron to Falls City, and everywhere in between. You'll have a chance to get your groove on at the dance and show off your flair for drama at the NLS theater performance.
