• NLS's curriculum is based on the discovery, development, and application of a student's leadership skills, making them more self-assured and confident in their leadership abilities.
• Students will have the opportunity to participate in Clifton's StrengthsFinder Assessment.
• Students are exposed to nationally renowned motivational speakers.
• Students actually apply their leadership strengths and talents as they participate in hands-on activities highlighting leadership and team-building scenarios.
• Students are encouraged to go outside their comfort zone and voice their perspective on a discussion topic in a supportive, respectful atmosphere, contrary to simply listening to another person's opinion on the subject.
• Students will learn from some of the state's most prominent business leaders when they have the opportunity to interact with them at a community leaders luncheon.
• Students will get a true on-campus experience as they live in the dorms of a higher education institution.

• Registration fees are $150 for the 4-day seminar and stay entirely in Nebraska to support leadership seminars for Nebraska youth.
